Lately with vacations, friends, family dinner plans etc. I seem to be on the every other week plan for group meditation. Has this hurt my progress? I would have to say yes. My daily morning meditations have dropped to maybe twice a week and my stress reaction has deteriorated. On a positive note, you definitely get the feeling that regular meditation does improve your life!

Now I have been through a year and a half of regular meditation. Any sign of slowing down? No. Any sign of quitting? No. Any sign of becoming a Buddhist? Ah…No, I don’t think so. Would I recommend meditation to others? Absolutely!
