As you can see, I’ve been on hiatus for a while. Since October 2013 actually. Some family matters, required full attention that  left no time for the usual Wednesday evening meditation. Still, all things pass, and I was able to resume meetings in January. Always a good thing to start back in the new year! First, I knew I was doing the right thing. As I drove up to the center, my emotions were a mix of nervousness and excitement. I walked in and received a warm welcome from my fellow meditators. Smiles, warm greetings of we missed you, and a few hugs.

The big question though. How was my meditation? Not the best, but most certainly, better than average. It was worth the time and I felt I could slip back into the meditative state relatively easily. Thank goodness I was not starting from the beginning, but even so, there is no such thing as a bad meditation experience even if I had to start from scratch. More to come I’m sure. Hang in there.
